Challenges:

  • Micro-Insurance Access: Develop a solution that uses SMS and USSD to provide micro-insurance products to the unbanked population while utilizing 2G technology.
  • Health Insurance Enrollment: Create a system that allows users to enroll in health insurance plans using their mobile phones.
  • Automated Claims Processing: Use AI and Africa's Talking voice services to automate the insurance claims process.
  • Payment Integration: Implement a seamless payment system for premiums and claims using Africa's Talking payment APIs.

Africa's Talking powers communications solutions across Africa with simplified access to telco infrastructure, developers use our powerful SMS, USSD, Voice, Chat, Airtime and Mobile Data, to bring their ideas to life, as they build and sustain scalable businesses.
